1. Provider

2. Acceptance
By accessing the website or using the Talk Later app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Talk Later.
4. The service
Talk Later helps couples capture tense moments, cool down, and return to selected conversations later. The service may include private notes, shared couple spaces, tension cards, reminders, notifications, calendar items, analytics, and subscription features.
5. Not therapy or crisis support
Talk Later is a communication and self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, emergency help, or crisis support. If you are in danger or need urgent support, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
6. Accounts and partner linking
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Partner linking requires consent from both users.
- Either partner may unlink. Unlinking may not automatically delete all content that was previously shared.
7. User content
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, display, sync, and transmit that content to provide Talk Later. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape the service, or reverse engineer protected parts of the app.
- Do not use the service to harass, threaten, monitor, or harm another person.
- Respect your partner's privacy and do not share their private content outside the app without permission.
9. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store billing and managed through RevenueCat. Prices and subscription terms are shown before purchase. Cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled under the applicable app store rules.
10. Availability and changes
The service may change over time, and beta features may be incomplete, modified, or removed. We may suspend or limit the service for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
11. Termination
You may stop using Talk Later or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal or security risk.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law. Otherwise, Talk Later is provided as available, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Privacy
Use of Talk Later is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by German law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
